About Me

Hailing from Tamil Nadu, India, my design career spans across an eclectic mix of sustainable fashion studios, spiritual centers, and healthcare companies. From working with refugee tailors and spiritual gurus to doctors and engineers, this adventurous journey has taught me to embrace multidisciplinary learning, adaptability, and dynamism as a designer. The one constant that has motivated me throughout this journey has been to contribute to the larger good - both human and more-than-human centered.

I now enjoy designing digital products and services in Vancouver, solving complex problems with inclusive, practical, and efficient solutions.

When I am not designing, you can catch me attempting birding, illustrating, volunteering, or fangirling over kdramas. ;)

My Design Philosophy

ESSENTIALISM

“A designer knows he has achieved perfection not when there is nothing left to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.” - Antoine de Saint Exupery

EFFICIENCY

“If I had an hour to solve a problem I'd spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about solutions.” -  Albert Einstein

ETHICS

You are responsible for what you put into the world. And you are responsible for the effects those things have upon the world.”- Mike Monteiro
